An experienced entrepreneur with extensive Founder, MD, CEO and Sales & Marketing experience within SME, Semi-State and MNC environments. As founder of Accelerate Consulting he acts an experienced external sounding board, challenges assumptions and current client thinking to produce results. Sean’s practical and hands-on experience in founding, running and supporting multiple successful businesses has helped to support both emerging and established businesses. This has been across a range of technologies and customer markets both nationally and internationally. He has personally secured multi-million-euro contracts from leading organisations while never losing sight of the bottom line. Firmly believes that maintaining a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships is the key to a successful business. This provides the platform successful businesses require to generate profits and boost revenues. Client projects have included Consulting CEO with a SaaS start-up in mobile workforce management. This included UK market entry, establishing route to market, local influencers, sales, exhibiting & establishing a UK presence. He is a consultant on the EI Strategic Marketing Review programme. The SMR focuses on market driven business strategy to significantly impact the company’s rate of scaling and international growth. Sean strongly believes in having a major emphasis on the Customer and Customer satisfaction as a way to secure and grow business. He is focused with a sense of urgency to complete projects and brings a professional, results oriented approach to business.
