Údarás na Gaeltachta are working to ensure that the Irish language prospers in the Gaeltacht regions aswell as fostering a wide range of enterprise development and job creation initiatives in these regions. Udaras have a lot of experience in SME development, Green Technology and Innovative Digital Applications. They are currently rolling out their gteic network which is anetwork of 31 Digital and Innovation hubs dotted along the Wild Atlantic way throughout the gaeltacht regions. These facilities will help to reinvigorate these rural communities offering them state of the art high speed broadband facilities which will allow new technology companies locate themselves in these rural areas.
